Model Ordinance for Off Street Parking

This model regulation incorporates innovative solutions to minimize parking requirements while meeting parking needs. Such innovative solutions include shared parking between uses that occur at different times such as churches and offices to reduce impervious cover by using better site design and updating local off street parking regulations to be in line with national trends.
