Our Staff

Amy Holtshouse Brennan is the Executive Director of CRWP. Ms. Brennan is responsible for providing technical assistance to CRWP members on flood control, erosion control, water quality protection zoning code updates, NPDES Phase II Stormwater Regulations compliance, riparian landowner assistance, and grant applications. Ms. Brennan also serves as the Chagrin River Watershed Coordinator and is responsible for resource inventory, coordination with watershed stakeholders, and educational activities associated with the revision, full endorsement, and implementation of the Chagrin River Watershed Action Plan. Ms. Brennan received her undergraduate degree in zoology from Ohio Wesleyan University. She received a Masters in environmental science at Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Prior to joining CRWP, Ms. Brennan reviewed 401 Water Quality Certification applications for stream, lake, and wetland impacts and associated mitigation for Ohio EPA and was a hydrologist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Weather Service, Ohio River Forecast Center.

Rachel M. Webb is CRWP's Low Impact Development (LID) Coordinator. Ms. Webb is a longtime resident of Ohio. She has an undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University in geology and a Master’s of Environmental Sciences from Miami University of Ohio’s Institute of Environmental Sciences in water resources and environmental geology. Prior to joining CRWP, Ms .Webb was the watershed coordinator for Wayne County Soil and Water Conservation District working in the Sugar Creek watershed. She has experience working with Ohio EPA as storm water management intern, and has worked with the Department of Energy through Westinghouse Savannah River Company on Ohio’s Nuclear Closure sites. She has worked for Crater Lake National Park on environmental compliance regulation, and Yellowstone National Park as a GIS Technician.

Mindy Hayes is CRWP's Program Associate. Ms. Hayes has a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Geneva College. Prior to joining CRWP, Ms. Hayes worked at CRWP Sponsoring Member EMH&T as a project engineer in the water resource department creating designs and supporting storm water management plans for residential and commercial developments. She also worked at Michael Benza and Associates in Brecksville, Ohio gaining experience in roadway water quality designs, green stormwater management designs for commercial development, developing storm water pollution prevention plans, and Phase II NPDES annual reports for MS4 communities.

Linda Moran is CRWP's Administrative Assistant. Ms. Moran is responsible for the day to day operation of the office. Ms. Moran received her undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University. Before joining CRWP she managed the accounting and support staff in a sales office.
