CRWP Staff

Kyle Dreyfuss-Wells is the Director of CRWP. Ms. Dreyfuss-Wells works with CRWP members on model natural resource management zoning, implementation of Phase II Storm Water Management Programs, and a range of other member services including funding

applications, development plan review, and landowner assistance. Ms. Dreyfuss-Wells received her undergraduate degree from the Ohio State University. She received a Masters in public affairs and a Masters in environmental science at Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Before joining CRWP, she worked with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer.

Amy Holtshouse is CRWP Associate Director. Ms. Holtshouse is responsible for providing technical assistance to CRWP members on flood control, erosion control, water quality protection zoning code updates, NPDES Phase II Storm Water Regulations compliance, assistance with riparian landowners, and grant applications. Ms. Holtshouse also serves as the Chagrin River Watershed Coordinator and is responsible for resource inventory, coordination with watershed stakeholders, and educational activities associated with the revision, full endorsement, and implementation of the Chagrin River Watershed Action Plan . Ms. Holtshouse received her undergraduate degree in Zoology from the Ohio Wesleyan University. She received a Masters in environmental science at Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Prior to joining CRWP, Ms. Holtshouse reviewed 401 Water Quality Certification applications for stream, lake, and wetland impacts and associated mitigation for the Ohio EPA, Division of Surface Water. She was also a hydrologist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Weather Service, Ohio River Forecast Center.

Linda Moran is the CRWP Administrative Assistant. Ms. Moran is responsible for the day to day operation of the office. Ms. Moran received her undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University. Before joining CRWP she managed the accounting and support staff in a sales office.
