Amy Holtshouse Brennan - (2002) - Executive Director - Ms. Brennan is responsible for providing technical assistance to CRWP members on flood control, erosion control, water quality protection zoning code updates, NPDES Phase II Stormwater Regulations compliance, riparian landowner assistance, and grant applications. Ms. Brennan served as the Chagrin River Watershed Coordinator from 2005 though 2010 and obtained state endorsement for both the Chagrin River Watershed Action Plan and the Chagrin River Watershed Balanced Growth Plan. Ms. Brennan received her undergraduate degree in zoology from Ohio Wesleyan University. She received a Masters in environmental science at Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Prior to joining CRWP, Ms. Brennan reviewed 401 Water Quality Certification applications for stream, lake, and wetland impacts and associated mitigation for Ohio EPA and was a hydrologist with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Weather Service, Ohio River Forecast Center.

Matt Scharver - (2010) - Associate Director - Mr. Scharver has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from Bowling Green State University. Prior to joining CRWP Mr. Scharver was the Resource Protection Specialist at the Lake County Soil and Water Conservation District. At the SWCD he assisted in the development of the Lake County Erosion and Sediment Control Rules. He also facilitated the administration, review and inspection of erosion and sediment control programs for several communities throughout Lake County and the Chagrin River watershed. Among other duties at the SWCD, he investigated manure and silvicultural pollution abatement complaints and assisted landowners with various natural resource related issues. Mr. Scharver is a certified professional in erosion and sediment control (CPESC) and a certified erosion, sediment & storm water inspector (CESSWI). Mr. Scharver is also a certified tree farm inspector with the American Tree Farm System and has completed numerous trainings for best management practice implementation for timber harvest operations.

Christina Znidarsic - (2010) - Watershed Coordinator - Ms. Znidarsic is responsible for resource inventory, coordination with watershed stakeholders, and educational activities associated with the revision, full endorsement, and implementation of the Chagrin River Watershed Action Plan.  Ms. Znidarsic received a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the College of William and Mary and a Masters in Environmental Science at Cleveland State University.  Prior to joining CRWP, Ms. Znidarsic served as the Watershed Coordinator out of Lorain County Community Development Department where she authored and helped develop a draft Watershed Action Plan for the Black River, assisted MS4 communities with Phase II NPDES compliance, served as a county-wide environmental education resource, and provided technical assistance to local communities on water quality protection zoning code updates.

Linda Moran - (1999) - Administrative Assistant - Ms. Moran is responsible for the day to day operation of the office. Ms. Moran received her undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University. Before joining CRWP she managed the accounting and support staff in a sales office.
